Albert is a veteran Israeli Special Operations Group and a world class Tactical and Combat Shooting Instructor. He brings over 20 years of active service in special operations with tactical and security training from various duties he carried along this career. He has served as an undercover operator in one of the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) Special Units, Police S.W.A.T. unit, tactical firearms and operational (SWAT) instructor at the Israeli National Police Academy. Albert is also the recipient of the Chief of Staff Award for successfully arresting a "live" suicide bomber, strapped with explosives ready to detonate, while in the progress to target. He also received the Distinguished Service Award and numerous commendations for his actions in the line of duty. Albert is a Master Firearms Instructor with a vast experience in the military, police, government and private sector training. He is a devoted tactics and firearms instructor with a unique motto.. "Better to be a student of reality, than a master of illusion". Albert is the President of the International Security Instructors and also serves as the director of the training operations for the KAPAP Academy Law Enforcement Training Division.
John Welgos
John retired from the Edison Police Department in New Jersey in 2002 at the rank of Lieutenant. He served as the SWAT Commander from 1985 to 2002 and was a graduate of the FBI’s National Academy. John’s military career spans from 1971 to present. He has served as a Team Leader with the 82nd Airborne Division, Squad Leader with the 2nd Ranger Battalion, a weapons, demolitions and intelligence specialist with the 10th Special Forces Group and a U.S. Army JFK Special Warfare Center Instructor. His skills as a police instructor include: handgun, shotgun, rifle and sub-machine gun, SWAT tactics, bombs and booby-traps, defensive tactics and physical training. John is also qualified as an expert witness in New Jersey Superior Court in the area of weapons and unarmed defensive tactics.
Wayne Monico retired at the rank of sergeant in 2010 after serving 25 years with the Fort Lee Police Department in New Jersey. During his time with Fort Lee, he worked in the Patrol Division, Police K-9 Handler, Narcotics Detective, Patrol Supervisor and Narcotics Supervisor. He is a graduate of the Drug Enforcement Administration “Drug Unit Commander Academy”. He served on the Fort Lee Police Department Emergency Services Unit from 1988 through 2010, being Team Leader since 1991. Wayne also served in the U.S. Army Reserves with the 812th Military Police Company. His skills as a police instructor include: handgun, shotgun, sub-machine gun, rifle, defensive tactics, physical training, SWAT tactics, ballistic shield, distraction devices, OC spray, expandable baton, PR-24 and rappelling. Wayne also has a background in the martial arts and is currently a level 1 KAPAP combatives instructor.
Jon has traveled the world doing exhaustive research in the world of both traditional martial arts and real world combatives. Today, as part of one of the Senior Instructors for KAPAP Academy, Jon Kleineman travels the world doing seminars, certifications, and lectures on the subject of combatives. He has trained military units, government agents, law enforcement and instructors throughout the US and Europe.
Credentials/Accomplishments: - Jin Jung Kwan, Hapkido Master Certificate: One of the first foreigners outside of Korea to be recognized as an Instructor.
- 4th Dan, Korea Sin Moo Hapkido Association- Trained extensively under GM Ji Han Jae former Presidential body guard and security team leader in Korea.
-1997 World Hapkido Games Gold Medalist- The second American ever to win full contact competition in Kwang-Ju Korea.
-Black Belt, Judo: Awarded after submitting 4 opponents in Hudson Yudanshakai Promotional Tournament
-Phase I Instructor, Progressive Fighting Systems: Certified to teach Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, and Filipino martial arts under Paul Vunak. Also trained in R.A.T (Rapid Assault Tactics)
- Director of H2H Combatives, KAPAP Academy Training Division: Senior Instructor and designer of training programs for certification of civilian instructors, as well as law enforcement and military personnel.
- Certified Knife Instructor, Congress of American Knife Fighters
- Certified Instructor, Filipino Archipelago Combatives: Trained in all aspects of jungle combatives from stick, knife, to empty hand.
- Certified Instructor, Dos Manos: Certified in two handed pugilistic style combatives relating to close quarter stick, knife, rifle, and bayonet tactics
- Certified Instructor, KAPAP/LOTAR: First generation of KAPAP/LOTAR instructors outside of the State of Israel.
- Certified Associate Instructor, United Federation of Russian Sambo: Trained in both sport and combative methods of Russian Sambo by Russian Special Forces member and international champion Igor Yakimov.

Uri is a veteran of the the Israel Border Police (Mishmar HaGvul) - The operationally combat branch of the Israeli Police. During his service, he specialized in the unit's exclusive skills of High Risk Entry, CQB, Urban Tactical Shooting, Crowd Control and High Profile Arrests. After serving in the Israeli Military on full operational term, Uri joined the American Military and served as a member of a US Airborne infantry unit.
